With over 35 years of Military Service, Bandar A. Elmoisheer has evolved as an expert in Military Training, Research, Strategic planning and Security counseling. He graduated from the Saudi Arabian National Guard Military school (S.A.N.G) M.S. in the year 1982. He had been selected with a group of officers to form a private security guards force for crown prince Abul Allah Bin Abdul-Aziz AL SAUD.
